Daylight Computer creates innovative hardware and software with a low-stimulation, paper-like display. The company’s mission is to build products, like its first tablet the DC-1, that foster a healthier relationship with technology. A custom Android OS ensures the products are productivity-friendly, usable outdoors, and have an analog feel by removing distractions to enhance focus.
We are focused on the following initiatives to uphold the Inspired Internet Pledge:
- Develop algorithms and in-product tools that reward prosocial behaviors
- Sponsor, host, and/or collaborate with other Pledge signatories/advisors on one/more thought leadership conversations related to Pledge principles
- Contribute to and/or actively engage in third-party research related to the Pledge principles
