About
Born This Way Foundation was founded more than a decade ago by Lady Gaga and her mother, Cynthia Germanotta. Our goal is to empower and inspire young people to build a kinder, braver world that supports their mental health. We do that through research, grant making, and programs that center young people’s stories and perspectives and connect them with mental health resources. Young people are included in each step of the planning, design, and amplification of everything we do.
