Blue Fever is a platform that acts as a mental health companion and community for young people that provides a bridge between their mental health and wellness needs and the resources —information, products, and services — that can best support them. The company is on a mission to reverse the mental health crisis by helping young people find the support they can’t find anywhere else online, starting with the 6 million teens who have persistent feelings of sadness and hopelessness.

Iteratively fine tune our AI model to identify contextual relevance in content to better understand the support a young person needs.

We will measure our progress via the accuracy of our model and by qualitative feedback we receive from users.

Our founder is launching a Linkedin series on how to intentionally design and co-create AI for youth wellbeing. She will also speak at industry events with the goal of sharing our knowledge and insights to help current and future technology companies measure for wellbeing.

This aligns with Pledge Principle 3 — share lessons collaboratively — as we will be freely sharing our insights and knowledge with others in our industry. Our hope is that other people can use the lessons we have learned to build new products or adapt their own in a way that supports wellbeing.

Our founder will continue to advocate for policy reforms through my involvement with organizations that are working on policy around solving for loneliness, wellbeing, and mental health in tech.
